Research And Implementation Of WSN-based Localization

In recent years, Wireless Sensor Network is widely applied in both military and civil fields, such as Monitoring system, Navigating system and Obstacle Avoidance System.The WSN nodes are featured as low in power and cost, and convienent to place.In such applications that WSN involved, the most important is how to localize a target, especially a moving one. So applying an efficient , fast and easy-to-realise localization algorithm into WSN is really a popular topic.The thesis first introduces the architecture of WSN, and looks into its hardware and software;Secondly, a series of classical localization algorithms are researched and compared between.Based on the algorithms mentioned, the thesis also involves filter algorithms which service for localization algorithm.In the end, combining RSSI-based algorithm with masscenter-based algorithm, a WSN-based localization system is designed and implented.
