| With the development of science and technology, more and more electron devices begin to use high-speed PCB(Printed Circuit Board). However, impulses in these high-speed PCB will produce high-frequency electromagnetic interference. The interference influences not only PCB's EMC, but also product's cost. So electronic design engineers now should analyze the PCB for EMC in the period of design. The EMC analyzing solves the EMC problems before the product being made. It will save plenty of time and money. The mainly algorithm of the predicting of EMC includes field method, circuit method and field & circuit uniting method.High-frequency interference in the PCB will great influence PCB's work performance. In this article, Field method is used to analyze the PCB's EMC with high-frequency interference. It is realized by using some commercial software.First of all, the EMC problems of PCB are discussed theoretically. The essence and qualification of EMI are discussed. Two main radiation interferences are analyzed. The restraining measures are also discussed. The measures include reducing the interference energy of the interference source, destroying or weakening the path of interference noise spreading, shielding and reasonable placing and routing, etc.Secondly, the EMC analyzing with high-frequency interference in PCB is discussed. The software Cadence PSD14.2 and Ansoft Designer1.1 are adopted to execute the task, and the current plots and EM near field plots of the PCB can be get. According to the plots, the circuit design can be improved.Thirdly, base the work, the idea of optimizing design for PCB's EMC is get. In the period of PCB design, the EMC analyzing for PCB is joined. The intuitionistic plots can be used to analyze the PCB's EMC and it will guide placing and routing for PCB.Finally, the summary is made and main results are given. |
