Recently,many High-frequency radars simultaneously work with multiple frequencies. There may be one or even more frequencies which the High-frequency radars are using emerge serious frequency interference, we need to shut down the operating frequency in interference at first, and then replace the interference frequencies. In general speaking, this replacement process usually takes a few seconds or even tens of seconds of time, there is not only a waste of time and frequency resources, but also reduces the system's data output rate, which easily lead to disruption of target track and even loss of target.The first part of this article gives a systematic introduction of the digital signal generator ICS-564 used in the High-frequency radar from hardware features to software control modes, including some important chips such as the AD9857, XC2V1000, PCI and other features. By analyzing the mainly responsible for the internal parts of the ICS-564's digital processing capabilities to find out the reason of those problems, and through theoretical analysis this paper gives some improve schemes which can be taken under existing conditions in the ICS-564 and its problems. Secondly, the author uses the development board of TMS320C6713 and analyzer, oscilloscope and other test equipments which are given in the laboratory to build up a hardware test platform for the test of synchronous frequency hopping signal source scheme. Then, the author completed the design of synchronization and timing simulation according with the requirements of synchronous control signal in the High-frequency radar system, and analysis of synchronous/sampling jitter caused by system's phase noise which impacts the result of movement target's detection for distance and speed. Finally, drawing on ICS-564's hardware integrated and software control procedures and the actual requirements of the issue to complete the synchronous frequency hopping signal source design and related properties of the evaluation in theory, use the build test platform to complete several typical radar waveform simulations.In this paper, we propose a signal source programs for the above problem, which with the ability of real-time change frequency, and the frequency hopping synchronization, while high-frequency radar system receiver, transmitter, and the A/D transform the relevant parts of the synchronous control signal design and analysis.
