The coal is our country's main energy, and the coal electricity generation accounts for the total electric quantity 70%, and the massive industry boiler has consumed several hundred million tons coals every year. CFBB has the merits of the fuel compatibility broad, high thermal efficiency, good boiler load compatibility, relatively simple fuel preparation system and so on . Simultaneously CFBB takes a new fuel-burning equipment, it has the highly effective and low pollution, low amount carbon of the ash and the slag, stable running, and further reduces the emissions of noxious gas, good environmental protection effect and other merits. Therefore, CFBB will have a broad market prospect in our country. But, because the short time delivery and the improving unceasingly, it always has the problem of automatic control system not good using and such kinds of problems. Therefore, designing an effective plan will be advantageous to the realization of CFBB control, and be important for the promoting of CFBB.This article comprehensively compares the current petroleum, the chemical industry, which widely using the DCS and on this basis, proposing controlling plan of FCS based in CFBB.This article choses SHCAN2000 field bus control system which is based on CAN bus, As the two major parts of Liaohe oil field 75t/h CFBB gas-water and combustion control, this article proposed a set of complete system realization plan: On the position monitoring station is composed of two IPC , a printer and the CAN network card .Two IPC can work as the operation station or monitoring station ,they work independently. FIX MDCAS is uesed as the MMI and the data operation manager which can realize the real time historical curve, report form printing and so on. The under position computer uses the multi-block SHCAN intelligence observation and control module to realize controlling, including the steam drum water control, the host vapor temperature control, the coal adjustmenting, the wind adjustmenting, two wind adjustmenting, directs the wind adjustmenting and such kinds of return routes adjustmenting, simultaneously to realize various nodes parameter monitoring.This topic design CFBB field bus control system has already been used in the project of Shusi union surpporting heat in Liaohe oil field in 2006. The system has the good promotion application value for its formidable function, the good control effect. Simultaneously it also confirmed the CFBB field bus control project design which this article proposed to be reasonable, practical and feasible, it has made the beneficial attempt for the field bus in the industry control domain further promotion.
