With the rapid development of Information, the application of embedded system has come into every aspect of people's daily life, such as industry control, intelligent appliance, communication equipment, medical instrument, automobile and aviation.At the same time, Internet has become a bridge by which people can acquire infomation and communicate with each other. So it is significant for embedded system to access Internet, remote supervise and share information.After researching the status of embedded Internet technology and comparing the respective advantages and disadvantages of several methods, a project based on C8051F060 MCU and RTOSμC/OS-II to implement an embedded TCP/IP is provided in this dissertation.The design method is discussed in detail from two aspects of software and hardware.The main contributions of this dissertation are as follows:1. Afer matsering the function and characteristic of C8051F060 and RTL8019AS, the hardware of embedded Ethernet system is designed.2. Successfully transplantationμC/OS-II to C8051F060 after analysing the kernel princple of RTOSμC/OS-II.3. Complete the driver of RTL8019AS on the hareware and the test.4. A simplified TCP/IP is presented aimming at the hareware system after we researched the TCP/IP.5. A Web Server is implemented on local area network.After one year of hardwork on planning, debugging and modifying, the basic project target is achieved, and it will benefit for the ralative research and design.
