Three-dimensional CT faulted image reconstruction is to acquire 2D slices image with medical diagnoses appliance, then to put positions and gray information of these 2D images into computer, to combine and process them by computer, finally to put out 3D image of body organ on display.The three-dimensional reconstruction can display real 3D graphics, help doctors to observe and analyze these medical images from more directions and levels. This paper studies the interpolation technology which is the important technologies in the three dimensional reconstruction. we offer a new CT faulted image interpolation method, and verify the legitimacy and effectiveness by the application of this method in the reconstruction system.Image Interpolation is often required in three-dimensional reconstruction. This paper has analyzed and compared the existent theory: grey-based interpolation, shape-based interpolation and wavelet-based interpolation by experimentation, then, offer a new CT faulted image interpolation method which is based on contour-shape.Based on the step of three-dimensional CT faulted image reconstruction, the paper has divided the system into five modules: getting image data, data pretreatment, image interpolation, rendering and displaying Module, and realize the performance of modules with relative technology. On the basis of detailed description of the design and implementation of interpolation module, the paper has applied the contour-shape interpolation algorithm and other algorithms to the system. The result shows that the new arithmetic can keep the edge and the contour of image very well, and can solve the terrace problem, provide a good assistant function in the medical teaching and clinic diagnosis.In the end of the paper, a summary of my work and future research are given.
