The trend towards enterprise information program extends a requirement for the industrial control system to the development of network, digitalization and opening. The ethernet network has a good publicity, high speed of communication, low cost, abundant hardware and software resource as well as high potential of continuable developing etc. For these reasons, it is wildly employed in industrial control system. Along with the field development entering a post-stage of high water cut, the process flow has been becoming more and more complicated. Therefore the monitoring by manpower or conventional monitoring by meters is very difficult to meet the production demand. In view of the present condition of the oil combination station, an embedded remote measure and control system based on the TCP/IP protocol is presented in this paper.The paper firstly introduces the background, the present situation and meaning of the research on the embedded system. The research of key technologies of embedded ethernet remote measure and control system is carried out in this paper. Then the author detailedly illustrates the design process of hardware and software of the embedded remote measure and control system. The design process includes the selection and configuration of the 32-bit microprocessor, the selection of the memorizer, the selection and software design of the Ethernet Controller, the realization of AD data acquisition model and DA converter model. On basis of realtime multitask operating system VRTX, modules of data acquisition, TCP communication, embedded Web Server system and composite intelligent control algorithm are designed. Meanwhile, the remote data monitoring and control system based on the B/S structure as well as the configuration software based on the C/S structure are designed. Finally, the remote measurement equipment is tested in the lab. The results show that the system can work steadily, and is convenient for use. The results accord with expect. The modularized design method is used for the entire system, in this way the hardware platform covers smaller space, and the software has a clear and apparent structure, and is easy to operate. The equipment studied in the paper is suitable for the use in the oil combination station.
