The energy is important material foundation of mankind which can provide living existence and promote social progressive. With the development of the ages, the energy strengthens increasingly to mankind. Energy efficiency becomes the topic of the world in the future.Technology of the construction low consumption is designed through the advanced energy conservation architectural and used the advanced material, which realizes highly effective use the energy. Without electric in the suburban areas being far from power net in Inner Mongolia, Wind and solar hybrid power system is as the electric power source of mobile communication base station.Because the room's of mobile communication base station caloric is provides by the Wind and solar hybrid power system, which reduces the room energy consumption through the low energy consumption maintenance structure, and realizes low consumption, thus satisfies the indoor temperature and the humidity of room is suitable the request of the communication. In view of geographical position, the climate characteristic of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Erdos Hangjin banner, present paper central tasks discusses the new construction modeling and the maintenance structure being suitable low consume measure.According to the temperature and the humidity request of the mobile communication base station room indoor equipment ,the research of the mobile communication base station room's energy efficient is from the construction modeling, the outer wall, the ground, the roof, using the present stage construction energy consumption analysis theory .
