| In the information age, the computer systems have been applied into various industries. In our country, the management model of got-up sales for tickets and got-up check of tickets seems not to be able meet the demand of the modern management of tourism any more. How to break the limitation of the traditional management of ticket handling and to set a round, integrated and efficient management model with information-system has become a fundamental issue in the technological project.False tickets, ticket theft and missing are very trouble some problems nowadays. So how to make use of biological identifying technology to prevent these phenomena has become an urgent task. The technology of fingerprint identification is a kind of mature biological technology. Its innateness, unique qualities and invariability make the identification identities in the ticket systems possible. As to the function of buying tickets after the normal time, how to use the technology of picture compressing to store more information is still an urgent one, for the deposit of original picture of the fingerprint make the storeroom very big. This paper discusses the technology of fingerprint identification, picture compression and furthermore carries out the following analysis:●Bring forward a kind of mended ROI coding technology aiming at the problem of storing fingerprint picture;●Combine the SPIHT with the mended ROI coding technology to increase the rate of the picture compressing and to keep the key information precisely by using ROI as fingerprint character;●Design a kind of e-ticket system according to the combination compression and fingerprint identification technology.The system which combines both the fingerprint and the IC card to make the person identifiable may strongly enhance the security of ticket administration. Holding a card for each person can effectively solve some problems related with fake tickets, stolen ticket, ticket evasion, and ticket make-up and so on. |
