The article is based on the process of design and realization of CRM Systemin the Call Center of Heilongjiang Science and Technology Museum. Firstly, thepaper introduces the civil and international development, research and appliedsituation of Call Center and CRM System. According to the functionalrequirement of the system and the features such as large number of visitors andlarge quantity of telephone traffics, the CRM system is divided into five modes,including system operation, management of information, query of multimediainformation, query of operation information and monitor Service. Thereinto,management of information mode is composed of customer information andtelephone book modes. Query of multimedia information mode is made up ofmessage, fax and short message modes. Query of operation information mode isformed with instant message, operational bill and query of telephone recordmodes. Monitor service mode is constituted of suggestion of customer, supercustomer and grade of seats staff modes. Then the detailed function of everymode is analyzed.Secondly, the database of system is designed, according to the analysis offunction of every mode, including the relationship figure, stored procedure,construction of data table of every mode and distribution of visiting permissionto database etc. Data tables are mainly composed of customer information,telephone book, message, fax, short message, instant message, operational bill,telephone record, suggestion, super customer and grade of seats staff.Furthermore, the field, type of data and length of data is designed in detail. Forprotecting the security of database, visiting permission to database is divided intoordinary staff permission, monitor staff permission and administrator permission.Finally, according to the design project of system, the function such as binding, edition, deletion, pagination and compositor of data is realized by usingDataGrid with it's models and row organization to construct interface ofoperation. As a result, the operation is very simple, easy to grasp. So the time totrain operators is shortened. Meanwhile, mutual operation of database is realizedby configuring the document 'Web. Config' and programming with C#. Themethod that sealing the code for operation of database into Class and using storedprocedure to replace all stored operations such as query of telephone record andincrease and deletion of customer information. The results show that the systemis acknowledged by customers in running velocity, extent of convenience andwork efficiency.
