In this paper, high-precision servo turntable as a backdrop for the slip ring friction torque on the turntable spindle control precision of research, design and implementation of the slip ring servo system.In the system design process, focused on engineering implementation of the system, including control system design and component parts of the choice of the various parts of the system is given a mathematical model, introduces the system current loop, velocity loop and position loop design methods, and simulation and experiment, given the system performance analysis, to achieve the tasks.In this system, the design of the battery by the combination of optical angular position sensor, photoelectric sensor sensitivity by the slip ring and the spindle axis deviation between the angular position, angular position to achieve a non-contact measurement, eliminating the sensor caused by the friction. The battery light in the design process of light-sensitive properties of the test, lists the PV output voltage changes with the displacement process data, and drew the relationship between output voltage and displacement curve.To enhance the system electromagnetic compatibility, reduce motor drive circuit the interference of other weak current equipment designed linear drive systems for DC motors, linear drives to complete the design and debugging hardware can now be successfully installed to run. Motor drive system given the parameters of the configuration, the bandwidth for the system test, the step response test, and the slip ring servo system design and implementation. By testing the analog servo system, given the system of regulation time and the overshoot, the system tracking accuracy to meet the requirements of the desired performance.DSP controller design is completed the hardware and control algorithms, digital control system is realized to achieve the desired results. This part of the simulation system based on the discrete part of the simulation system, using design experiments to complete the DSP platform of digital control system to achieve the same performance index for the future of digital control system to achieve good technical reserves of the corresponding.
