| This article put forward a new experiment teaching means:virtual PLC experiment teaching,based on analyzing the characteristics and the existent problems in PLC experiment teaching models now, and research it's basic framework and concrete implementation.The main work is as follows:1.Analyze the shortage of the present PLC experiment teaching, put forward a speculation that applying the computer technique to the PLC experiment teaching,and doing virtual experiment using vitual PLC in computer.2.Explain the constitutes,work principle,system design method and turning software development trend of the hardware PLC. Analyze the system construction of SoftPLC,point out the relationship between this text and SoftPLC.3.Based on the analyzation of the request of system basic function.The system is divided into four modules,such as the editing and compiling module of PLC language, the running module of virtual PLC,the database management module,the application example module.4. Analyze the method of editing and compiling instruction list lauguage in detail,also how to find mistakes and debug it. Introduce how to use stack to calculate it's logic expression.5. Set up the virtual controled object, design the imitation demo of running process using the technique of multi-media clock and dynamic Link Library according to the cycle scan work mode of PLC.6. Students can test techknowledge related PLC and teachers can manage experiments, the system save the information of tests and experiments to database.7. Introduce the development method of application examples, and take transportation light control as example to discuss.The development of whole system is designed by using Delphi language. The last paper gives the summarization of the work and the research prospect in future. |
