Research On Network Video Transport And The Technology Of Motion Object Detect

On the basis of system in civil aviation safety,this thesis designs a embedded network video surveillance system that based on Client/Server architecture.Synthesizing the technology of embedded development,video compress,network communication and multimedia,this paper has realized network video surveillance system based on embedded Linux . The server program runs under the embedded Linux system platform which acts as Server role in the whole system. It runs by means of backstage and waits for Clients'request, thus realizes display, alarm and detect facilities in client..This thesis adopts the technology of Real Time Transport Protocol (RTP), motion object detect and track in the video stream and designs this software system by module separating software design method.Real Time Transport Protocol is a kind of norm of protocol independent of application program, a kind of IETF standard protocol used for solving to convey the real-time data packages on IP net. Purpose to develop RTP is to fit the demand of the continuous media real-time communication of data of audio and video, offer the ability to work and controlling in coordination in conversation, provide service for the data transmission with real-time characteristic.It is an essential function that the motion object is detect in the surveillance, it can enable operator to make a response to accident in time, or as the operator is not waited in the control cabinet, the system can report to the police and respond to some incidents automatically.The paper utilize background subtraction method separate the motion region from background and researches moving object reducing noise.Moving tracking method is also an important part in the monitoring system. Based on tradition moving tracking method, this paper elaborates motion estimation about Kalman filters, and founds centroid model, get the moved transformation image, particular give motion track.Finally, experiment result shows that the Client can receive and display the data of video from Server and realizes the function of the motion object detect and track , satisfy the application on monitoring in LAN.
