The high-power diode laser as a new laser source, with high electro-optical conversion efficiency and reliability of the Stability and compact in size and simple demand-driven, has very broad application prospects.In this paper high-power diode laser control system based on MCU is in the research and development process. In the control system, the principle and structure is introduced, namely the hardware circuit, software programming and anti-jamming systems in three aspects are discussed in detail. The system has a modular design, hardware control system mainly includes core module, power module, intelligent sensors, ADC unit, DAC unit, I/O unit and operator panel comprising. The control software mainly includes subroutine detection system, keyboard scan subroutine, laser output control subroutine, LCD subroutine and interrupt service routine. The system design major interference from the electromagnetic compatibility of the hardware and software aspects of anti-jamming.The control system has realized the integrated control of temperature system and laser power source of HPDL-1000H high-power diode laser developed by the laboratory. It could accurately facilitate control laser output and output way, it can be real-time monitoring of the state lasers, semiconductor lasers guarantee security and stability.The control system uses the performance components with high efficiency and the assembly language programming, guarantee the reliability of the control system, displayed the high efficiency semiconductor laser small volume, the light weight merit.
