With the rapid development and extensive application of modem informationtechnology, advanced technology such as the network, computer, Digital audio-videomultimedia, is used in the standard spoken platform. The creation of a standards oralenvironment that for learning and training any time and in any place makes theconditions for the community's standard Putonghua, Standard English learning andtraining.Combining with Zhejiang key project "the Mandarin and English distancelearning platform for Zhejiang", we studied the technology and application.This study focuses on the Web-based distance education technology, includingvideo, audio, text synchronization technology, animation technology based on Flash,and interactive audio-on-demand and on-line English translation, and multimediaword for the real-time interactive technology, online testing technology, online audiorecording Based on ActiveX and automatically uploads technology.Based on above ideas, we have developed the Mandarin learning web andEnglish learning web. We want to create a teaching stage mainly face the orallanguage education for junior and senior school as well as the social majority.
