Computer picture processing is an important aspect of the computer application technology , and holds the extremely important status in the multitudinous domain of the electronics industry,the artificial intelligence,the industrial automation,the biological medical-service project,the satellite remote sensing and so on. In the recent years , along with the computer technology unceasing renewal,the remote sensing technology and the development of the digital communication,the computer network popularization as well as the micro-electron chip density increase, picture information processing and the transmission regardless all make the enormous progress in the fundamental research aspect and in the practical application aspect ,digital picture processing has been valued , and in the each aspect of the production,life played the more and more major role.The Algorithm is carried on by the laboratory project "Cold Rolled plate Board Examination And Expert System", proposed the algorithm and to confirm the algorithm is feasibility, provides the rationale for the laboratory project.On first this article introduced the thought and the nature of the traditional edge examination operator (namely first order operator Roberts operator, Sobel operator, Prewitt operator, two steps operators Kirsch operator, Robinson operator and LOG operator) and emerging edge examination operator (namely Canny operator and wavelet edge examination method), simultaneously has produced these edge examination operators experimental results, proposed insufficiency. Then to introduce the development history and the present situation of the mathematics morphology . Obtains from the most basic theory, the logarithm study morphology has carried on the exhaustive analysis and the discussion in the imagery processing rationale. Introduced two values images morphology processing basic operator: Hits strikes center does not transform, the thin algorithm and the skeleton withdraws. Former in view of the traditional thin algorithm convergence rate slow shortcoming, proposed around the improvement algorithm, and will improve the effect which the algorithm obtained will arrive to carry on the analysis comparison. In the gradation morphology research aspect, first introduced has analyzed the gradation imagery processing morphology basic operator characteristic, produces various operators to carry on processing to the image the experimental result. Finally unifies the pyramid algorithm, proposed the new algorithm morphology pyramid algorithm, unifies mathematics morphology and the pyramid algorithm, and produced has carried on processing to the picture the experimental result, proved this algorithm was one kind quite advanced and the feasible algorithm.Mathematics morphology is one kind of new non-linear image (signal) processes and analysis theory, it has abandoned the traditional value modeling and the analysis viewpoint, gathers portrays and the analysis image from the angle, has a set of complete theories,method and the algorithm system. Mathematics morphology was synthesized the multi-disciplinary knowledge overlapping science, its rationale basic abstruse, but the basic principle was actually simple.
