Aim at the existing problems of legal news on newspaper, we use methods as questionnaire and content anal ysis etc. to make some advice, such as thediversification of the contents, enhancing a medium responsibility, building up s ound news law laws etc. in order to standardized legal news of the newspaper report and grasp the very beginning of the education of the law education an d better practice our country construction rule of law society.
