Resource Scheduling as a bridge between tasks and resources in grid Its main role isto make these tasks can be optimized services, and make the whole grid system toachieve maximum efficiency (eg maximum throughput, etc.). As traditional resourcescheduling algorithm Min-Min and Max-Min as a heuristic scheduling algorithms, take no account of the mandate of the Quality of Service (QoS). This paper is basedon the researching of Open Grid Services Architecture (OGSA) Resource SchedulingAlgorithm. The task levels, the resources levels, the task expecting levels have beengiven in the QoS-based resource scheduling algorithm. It can avoid the problemwhich caused by the original algorithm for high QoS task operate for a long time or along period of time waiting. This paper is based on the analysis of OGSA system architecture and technology andthe existing scheduling model into the system. It summed up the integrity of resourcescheduling model in OGSA. It also Analysis the Min-Min and QoS guided Min-Minthe existing scheduling algorithms, the results of the analysis indicate the existence ofthe mandate of its QoS requirements scheduling a long time deficiencies. This paperpresents the integrated use of the task levels, the resources levels and the taskexpecting levels quantitative indicators of the existing algorithm improvements, Inthis paper, a QoS-based resource scheduling algorithm. Finally using the simulatorGridSim given algorithm simulation test. Test results showed improved algorithm fordemanding tasks can be very good support.
