Design And Implementation Of Electronic Abroad Application Platform

The complex procedures and tough terms of application abroad transaction inconvenience many people, but it also boosts the agency of studying abroad development. In the past years, the agency has the same problems with lagging information, untrackable serve, narrow source of client, and long time of application. Nowadays more and more convient network provides more choices to the both sides of agency and proposer. The demanding of a online abroad application platform with fast and convient, trackable and interactive is much stronger than before.This thesis describes how to design and implement a platform based on struts + spring + hibernate framework following the business rules, introduce the modules of the platform, the relations among them and the privilege of roles at the view angle of whole project. This project followed software engineering development principles, made OOAD with proper tools, and discuss how to use UML and how the framework works too.This thesis lays strong emphasis on the content of application management module. This module includes two features of this platform: the convenient college and speciality filter and online abroad application. The filter can exclude all of the information which can not be satisfied with clients' requirement or the selections, and let they find what they really want. The application can avoid many disadvantages of traditional abroad application agency. The three roles: student, advice, and school can know each other's information well. The whole application flow works based on the business principles, decreases the interefere by users as much as possible, and makes the flow fast, convenient, and easy controlling.This thesis describes the functions and business rules of application module in detail, and abstracts them to design which can be used in development. And it also demonstrates the key technologies including the controlling of the workflow of application and role behavior, multiple relative select boxes with high speed response, and customized web application table in detail, and introduces the conceptions of technologies used like AJAX, JAVA reflecation, and Spring IoC, and how to use them too.
