It is very useful to do research for dynamic coordination and plantwide optimization in intergrated control system, which consists of several subsystems. The cooperative control system includes some subsystems, but the disturbance among these subsystems cannot be identified. In order to get the result of plantwide optimization, the dissertation introduces following three points:Firstly, we designed the subsystem controllers with theory of Internal Model Control. As for each subsystem of the integrated control system, there are only one controller and one model. For the delay between processes of the subsystem in our integrated system, we decoupled the multivariable system and designed a controller with theory of Internal Model Control in one-loop which is decoupled. The field implementation of the solution has been very successful.Secondly, without identification of the disturbance model, the study will be suspended. When the asymptotic methodology has been used to the disturbance modeling, Case study indicates that the result of identification by the asymptotic methodology is better.Finally, every subsystem of the integrated control system is known, The dissertation presents the Active Set to design optimizer procedure for plantwide optimizing and coordinating the integrated control system, furthermore, the optimum rule is designed and global economical object were getted. The results proved that it is an very effective strategy using plantwide optimization and dynamic coordination in the integrated control system.
