It makes degree of knowledge sharing and reuse increased, that the ontology-based method analyses the nature of knowledge of website architecture by importing terms and concepts of an ontology with explicit meanings and definitions.In this paper we summed up the content and features of knowledge of website architecture, by comparing with other knowledge after depth analysis of the architecture of website. We divided the knowledge of website architecture into three parts, which were nodes architecture, frequent paths and frequent nodes, according to the differences of the role and acquisition of the knowledge. Nodes architecture mainly described the topological structure of website, and frequent paths and nodes described the links and nodes with special connection in the website.According to the features of knowledge of website architecture, we established WebSite Architecture Ontology and defined WebSite Architecture Ontology Language. Concerning with the knowledge acquisition of website architecture , we focused on knowledge acquisition of nodes architecture and frequent access patterns mining, and designed the algorithm for the two.In this paper, we also presented two rules for the analysis of website architecture, which were the rule for analysis of the change of architecture and optimization strategy. We presented the conception of change rate of nodes architecture, according to the theory of concept similarity. On the analysis of optimization strategy, we presents a screening rule, which selected valuable frequent access path from the user frequent access path for the structural adjustment and optimization.Finally, we designed a knowledge acquisition and analysis system model of website architecture. Started from conceptions, relationships and attributes set of the website, the system model established a knowledge system of website architecture easy to understand and analyze, so as to make repetitive analysis and application of knowledge of website architecture in the knowledge system.
