The traditional generation of simulation biology animation is through the use of "the essential frame" technique, which needs assigning the biology in advance position, the shape and the state of motion in some time. The workload of this method is very huge , moreover the simulation effect is not ideal. The intelligent optimization path planning question of the simulation biology animation hasn't been solved preferably until now. The simulation fish model proposed by this article is realized by integrating virtual reality technology and the artificial life method. Based on combining fish's kinematics model, fish's outward appearance model, the sensation and the behavior model , and using the heredity algorithm we realized the restraints satisfied simulation fish most optimization path planning question of prey.1. Propose a mathematics modeling method based on the skeleton-driven and flexible surface deformation of more rigid body. The paper first abstractly becomes the simulation fish a more rigid body system between various bodies through the machinery rotation articulation connected, then introduces the low foreword body array to express the simulation fish's skeleton structure. Meanwhile with the simulation fish mechanics model which might distort unifies. As deformation elements,"spring-damp"not only achieve simulation fish body based on physics and deformation, but also allow the body bending while maintaining its structural stability.2. Research the most optimal path planning model of prey behavior of the artificial fish, make these the artificial fish behavior systems based on these models and the method display the fish " prey behavior", according to the simulation fish's kinetic property, the path planning characteristic as well as the realization intelligence behavior request, use the heredity algorithm to realize the simulation fish most optimal path planning. In order to enhance the success rates of prey behavior of the simulation fish, in the foundation of basic algorithm, we use the sine curve which has the characteristic of smooth and differential to solve the problem that in the process of simulation fish's arriving at target position and moving posture, simulation fish can evade obstacles and maintain the best posture.
