| Traditional TV structure design method is laid on the experience ofthe structure engineers. Traditional TV structure design method doesnot solve some critical problem in the background of drasticcompetition and huge pressure from product cost, such as productperformance control and product cost control,new product designperiod and new product performance test period. Computer simulationtechnique can provide an effective method to solve these problems.The speed and efficiency of computer have a great advancementbecause of the progress of the hardware and software of computer. Andthis provides a chance to apply the FEA simulation method in the civilproduct design.This article is reported that we use the ABAQUS to simulate theuniaxial compression of form PS and research how the structure styles ofform PS influence the cushioning properties of forming PS packaging inthe drop impact. Through these simulations, we can prove the validityof simulation's data and know how the form PS structure stylesinfluence the cushioning properties. And we can find a path to advancethe anti-impacted capability of TV set package. Because the simulationcan being done before the volume-produce of new product, we can saveamounts of time and cost of performance test and speedup the newproduct to the market.At last, we do a drop impact simulation of a model of LCD TV set,and gave more evidence to improve the Computer Simulation Techniqueis more suitable in TV. drop impact. |
