Along with the development of software, database and network techniques, information management techniques based on J2EE Architecture become the primary development system framework of information management at times of internet. The management information system of college dynamic population is exactly based on J2EE Architecture. According to college dynamic population dispersiveness and more dynamic characteristic, through adopting the distributed structure, it is designed a set of more intact schemes, so as to manage and control college dynamic population. There are three majar J2EE Web Application Architectures: JSP-Centered Architecture, Servlet-Centered Architecture and EJB-Centered Architecture. Under the research of the three architectures, we propose a new, lightweight architecture for J2EE application, called SSH Architecture, which is based on the combination of Spring, Struts and Hibernates. We also survey the approach of software reuse and propose a new software development pattern which started with the "Initial Architecture".System is mainly based on the SSH which is a part of J2EE, using Agile Development Model, then have a designing and research of CDPM. the main work of dissertation is: a Web application development tool options, System design, System security and the research of university population dynamics, design some basic functions such as input, inquiries, cancellations, changes in the for a dynamic population database. In the database design, through the analys of the current college dynamic population, and build suitable for the college population database, effectively avoiding isolated islands of data. We take the CDPM as the example to show how to develop J2EE application based on SSH Architecture, and give the solutions for the key points and difficulties of the CDPM project.
