As a result of the modernization industrial production request industrial control more reliable, accurate and fast, but the hydraulic pressure technology by its unique superiority, rapidly obtained the widespread application in the industrial production, this causes based on the hydraulic control technology smart products to receive more and more attention.The intelligent hydraulic pressure valve locator has gathered the machinery, electronic, the communication as well as the control theory knowledge and the related software knowledge, is an interdisciplinary intelligent product. The paper take the actual scientific research item as a background, has constructed the doubling-acting system which by the LPC2134 microprocessor, the conductive plastic potentiometer two solenoid valves composed. In has studied the valve locator technical process and in the control request foundation, has carried on the system analysis and the system design to the intelligent hydraulic pressure valve locator system, has completed based on the ARM intelligent hydraulic pressure valve locator hardware design and the overall system software programming and the debugging, and carries on many times the checking calculation and the revision in the experimental foundation, the final test result has achieved the anticipated effect basically. Through this product development, tracked on the international newest measuring appliance development technology, reduced with the overseas colleague's disparity, has realized the Process Automation Instrumentation technology from the simulation technology to the digital technology transformation, and has completed in the implementing agency and the control room control device digitization, for the various branches and sectors of a national economy (electric power, metallurgy, petrification, building materials and so on) has provided the newest automatic equipment, thus has brought a higher economic efficiency.This dissertation according to the control request to design and to realize take LPC2134 as the core hardware electric circuit, in which mainly includes the power circuit design, the front channel and the backward channel design, the man-machine connection circuit design as well as the debugging circuit design; In this foundation, used modular the software design method to carry on the software design to the system, mainly had the master control program, the data acquisition and processing, the man-machine contact surface three major parts, it used the C language and the assembly method programming has realized the system highly effective work. Compares with the conventional locator, this locator has the control precision high, the energy consumption low, the adjustment convenient, the practical scope broad, can willfully choose regulating valve merits and so on discharge characteristic, simultaneously this locator also has the valve position to demonstrate and the breakdown reports to the police and so on the functions, moreover it can gather certain humanity's experience knowledge, has certain power of thought, conforms to the process control development need.
