Design And Implementation Of KMS Base On Portal For Medium And Minor Software Enterprises

Along with the rapidly development of the knowledge economy, knowledge assets has become one of the most important resources for enterprises. Up to now, knowledge management in enterprises at home and abroad is still in its infancy. However, as a management pattern, knowledge management has gone into people's heart, and more and more companies have been cognizant of the value of the knowledge management.This article, on the basis of studying the latest achievements of the knowledge management theory and analyzing current knowledge management actualities of medium and minor software enterprises, divides knowledge into explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, and concludes key flows and principal functions in knowledge management; then after comparing and analyzing various of realizing technologies, adopts the mature and stable WEB multi-level system structure, integrates advanced technologies, and gives out a complete design and realization of knowledge management system which orients toward medium and minor software enterprises. The target of the system is to realize an easily integrated, highly effective and costless knowledge management system, which can exchange the electronic information between the staff and the enterprises, and the staff. This article discusses into the detail of presentation layer, business logic layer, data persistence layer which construct the system; then detailedly discourses upon the design and realization of the document libarary subsystem, the expert yellow page subsystem and the practice community subsystem using advanced the Portal technology, the Lucene full text retrieval technology, the Struts framework and the Hibernate framework.. Through an organic combination of these subsystems, the knowledge management system actualized the management and the assessment for files and experts, and realized a knowledge-sharing platform in order to promote the tacit knowledge into the explicit knowledge.In the end, this article tests the system's functions. Base on the deploying and running within the company, it analyses the advantages and the shortcomings of the system.
