Outer space is a new military conflict territory with the more and more space technologies used in the field. In this environment, the space Surveillance becomes the foundation. The space Surveillance is a typical DSMS which must guarantee with the response time and accuracy in its processing. Studies in the field become more and more urgent.Current space Surveillance system mostly relies on the relational DBMS, which can not meet the need of high real-time. So the paper mainly studied this problem, our main contributions are:1. For the slow response time in the space Surveillance system which based on the traditional relational DBMS, we present a way that uses data stream technology to the space surveillance field which can get smaller time granularity and faster response time.2. We give a new novel join algorithm of sliding window which avoids the shortcoming of the traditional algorithm in the spatial data stream processing, and we also give the experiment based on our algorithm.3. Based on our join algorithm for the space surveillance system, we present a new way to capture exceptional space object efficiently and effectively.4. At last we design the space Surveillance system framework based on data stream technology and implement the most modules.
