Talent Dispatch is a method of service about talent, which is the talent personwho is dispatched to enterprises after they are employed by Talent Dispatch Company.With a fast turnover, the frequency of employees replacing is increasing. The talentdispatch company has a great requirement in management of the information of theTalent Dispatch. The traditional system couldn't satisfy the requirement of theupgrade and the maintenance to the additional function. Therefore, it is necessary todevelop a new System, which bases on Web technique.The new Talent Dispatch system takes Apache as Web server, MySQL asdatabase, and using PHP to achieve the control of the connection to database and thebrowser. The architecture takes Browser/Server, totally, this system include threeparts: client, Ajax, application and database. And Ajax technology is used forimproving efficiency. Old data in the former system is not lost. A reliable andefficient platform-cross data migration system based on Java and XML is put forward.Various data can be migrated by the use of XML as a middleware. Data migration system has three interrelated components: data extraction, data mapping and dataloading. Data extraction is be responsible for the extraction of source databasemigrated to the data exchange of documents; Data mapping is be responsible for thechange of documents through the middle documents converted into goals exchange ofdocuments; Data loading imports data in the target exchange file into target database.And data cleaning is included in the process.Embarrassing phenomenon that something is inconsistent inside and outsidecompany is solved, to make the inner management synchronize with the businessdevelopment by the new system.
