The Design And Realization Of Electronic Medical Record System

In recent years, the hospital information system has developed quickly in our country: some hospitals have established hospital information system with a suitable scale, and the electronic medical record is the core of the hospital information system. In the modern management of hospitals, the electronic medical record, as the main carrier of the medical activity information, not only is the first-hand material for medical treatment, teaching and the scientific research, but also is the basis for the comprehensive evaluation of the medical quality, the technological level, the management level and so on. Therefore, the design of electronic medical record is the most essential technology in the hospital information system.This article expounds the concept, foundation, development and basic application of the electronic medical record, and then analyses the main technological difficulty of achieve it. 3-tier project of the electronic medical record with the basis of COM+ is proposed, based on the analysis of XML technology. Guided by the development process and method of software engineering, the electronic medical record is analyzed, designed and achieved. To be precise, the article analyzes the feasibility of the electronic medical record system, confirms the function definition of it, and defines the criterion of its data. From the management of outpatient department and inpatient department the general systematic design is finished, and the detailed one is done on the sub-basis. The article describes the design plan for the data of the electronic medical record, discusses the internet structure and software structure of it, narrates its inquiry, filing and management of it, and finally discusses the security control of it.
