With the Sustained Rapid Growth of Economy, China has already become the second major energy-consuming country in the world, and reducing energy consumption has gradually been a consensus. To improve the competence of the enterprise, the technological transformation plan, which include the mechnism analysis of the industrial process and Efficiency Optimization Control, must be carried through . And this's also important to the pulp-modled production.This paper introduces the production process of the pulp-modled product. Giving a brief illumination of the auto pulp-modled prodcution line and its subsystems, we choose drying system as the study object, with has the problem with the energy consumption.With the analysis of heat and mass transfer mechanism of convection drying process, the pulp-modled product would be separated into wet and dry regions with the residual saturation. Then base on the volume-averaing theory, the pulp-modled' s fluid flow equations of liquid and gas can be debuced with the Darcy' s Law.The interactions of mass, momentum, and energy conservation for three phase: solid, liquid, and gas in pulp-modled are taken into accout to establish mathematics models of drying, which is composed of two mass conservation equations of gas and moisture, and one energy conservation equation. Then with the difference condition of the dry and wet region, the drying model of dry and wet region is established, and the two models are coupled via moving boundary of evaporation boundary.At last, a series of non-linear equation group are obtained through discretization of governing equations of wet and dry region, and the solution is the paramaters value of convection drying process, such as tempreture and liuid saturation. Then the control idea of the pulp modled' s drying process is brought forward to optimize the efficience and cut down the energy consumption.
