With the rapid development of information, network and communications technology, computers are widely applied in different industries. However, electronic devices used for processing of information will leak out information by means of electromagnetic radiation and the leaking information within a certain range can be eavesdropped and reconstructed. The western countries have paid close attention to leaking emanation of military electronic devices for more than half a century and research on computer video-leaking information in our country dated from 1985.In this paper, the relative theories of reconstruction technology on computer video-leaking information are discussed, several key techniques and practicable methods on reconstruction are described in detail and some methods are proved correctly with the results of a large number of tests.Firstly, the meaning and its essentiality of reconstruction technology on computer video-leaking information are explained. Meanwhile, the development of the technique domestic and abroad is summarized, and the main work of this paper is pointed out.Secondly, the necessary conditions for stably intercepting are discussed and the synchronous signal precision is analyzed. This paper gives an effective approach based on cross-correlation algorithm to obtain the frequency of row synchronized signal from the intercepted video-leaking information. Then it addresses a new approach based on movement search to obtain the frequency of field synchronized signal and the offset between two frames which aims to obtain an integrated picture.Then, for clearly displaying the images recovered from the intercepted data, the filtering methods based on Fourier transform are analyzed and applied, including accumulation filter and DCT transform and so on. These filtering methods are synthetically applied based on their characters and these methods are demonstrated with computer simulation experiments and demonstrating experiments.This paper analyzes the features of wavelet transform and the advantages of the filtering method in removing background noise and it uses simulation experiments and demonstrating experiments to demonstrate their actual abilities. Electronic image stabilization by integral-projection and differential-positioning are realized and the quality of image by using electronic image stabilization for accumulation filter is improves in this paper.Finally, the methods for computer video-leaking information processing based on proposed techniques mentioned above tested by using a series of experiments.
