The AGC system had obtained widespread application in the receiver system, but fast AGC was not suitable for the case that two consecutive pulses changed rapidly. It was essential to use IAGC to deal with warning radar and phased array radar whose antenna circle scanned. In the dissertation a new method that implemented digital instantaneous automatic gains control system (DIAGC) by using feed-forward AGC was presented to achieve the aim that the pulse can controlled itself. In the system the input signal was sampled, and then the gain control value could be obtained by looking up the table stored in DSP. The time to produce the gain control value was compensated by using the delay line. The DIAGC could get the goal that the pulse can controlled itself and desirable control results.The method that widened tracking gate was always used to deal with PRF jitter radar in the modern signal selection technology, but it would result in some exclusive signal in the wide gate. In this case the signal was further selected in spatial by using DOA. The exclusive signal in wide tracking gate was eliminated and narrow gate was produced to ensure that there was only one validate signal in one tracking gate. It had important effect to follow up Signal Processing.Combined with the actual experience in the engineering field, hardware and software design was described. In hardware part, the principle and usage of chips was listed, especially the difference between similar chips was emphasized. In software part, the implement of the whole system and every block was described from the function analysis.Problems in the design and debugging process ware summarized based on the practical experiences, meanwhile solutions ware also provided. Finally, some proposals to improve the system performance ware suggested.
