Under ocean deep-sea fishing operation , fishing equipments as fishing net are often needed to diving under sea for several days ,to prevent fishing net or rope fouling the pass by ship , Tagging and Mapping the operate point are necessary. Further undersea survey or operation often need Tagging and Mapping the operate point, as anew finding the operate point under sea cable servicing.Underwater-acoustical remote-control Buoy Unlock System was developed arming to solve above problem, the Underwater Acoustic Electronic system adopt sonar technology to transmit coding information, and realized remote-control under seaThe underwater-acoustical remote-control Buoy Unlock System combined Modern Electronic Technique and sonar technology, and realized Underwater Acoustic digital Signal sending-receiving, further Fuzzy Algorithm are used to identify the signal . A host with several Extension comprised System structure frame, the host unit placing on cabin has sending sonar underwater, and the sonar works in binary code. Extensions with receiving sonar embed buoy which be tied with mapped object under water, receiving sonar received binary code sent by host, and check it with self code. When the two code accord, Extension drive machine Servo System floating upward the buoy, then The buoy can be used in Tagging and Mapping.Seawater channel has some disadvantage for underwater acoustic communication Such as multipath propagation ,Time Variation, and the narrow bandwidth. Those disadvantage made Underwater acoustic communication quite difficult, especially for high-speed acoustic communication, also made Underwater acoustic communication as Research Interests for scientific and technical workers over country . Channel Estimation and Equalization Algorithm were often used in order to hurdle the disadvantage, but yielding of complex structure, the high costing and complicated software. so the Algorithm were limited in military and industries areas The system which paper described, simplified the traditional design with efficient hardware structure and tidy software flow, and realized under 3kilometers underwater acoustic communication with acceptable Technical Target, The system provide a technical method for digital underwater acoustic communication using in civil areas. The paper emphasize particularly on describing the information transmitting scheme, the information identifying scheme, and the hard ware structure of the system The system adopt 2FSK method for information transmitting. in order to hurdle multipath propagation and Time Variation the system insert clearance between the Code Cell ,and carrier wave frequency was in 7~11KHz. in software areas ,the systemsynthetically judge the validity of code cell and communication frame, moreover by combining with software rectifying technology ,system's software can realized the designed objective efficiently.The system has dependable hardware, compact electro circuit, and software which comprised by rational arithmetic and religious logic. experiments indicated the emitter of the system can operate steadily beyond 4 hours continuously, under 0.5 bit/s, with work distance from 1000 meters to 3000 meters ,and receiver can operation 300 hours continuously.
