Study On The Knowledge-based Services Under The Semantic Web

With the continuous development of the information technology ,the person's needs of knowledge became stronger than before, the knowledge-based service is developing towards digital, shareable, network, virtual, intelligentize and individuation. Semantic Web provides a new flat for the development of knowledge-based service. Knowledge, service and users are united into a uniform semantic space under the semantic Web, and it has the character of shareable, cooperative and virtual, so it can realize the mutual comprehension and mutual operation.This paper analyzed the difference and affiliation of information service and knowledge-based service, analyzed the concept and the key technology of semantic Web technology, and investigated the status of knowledge-based service under the current Web. Then it pointed out the influence for knowledge-based service using the semantic Web technology, and discussed the using of applying semantic Web technology into knowledge-based service and investigated the current status of knowledge-based service under the semantic Web. On the base of contrasting and analyzing the correlative criterion and standard under the semantic Web, this paper put forward the knowledge-based service standard under the semantic web, it includes the semantic description standard and the commutative operation protocol. This paper introduces the way of knowledge management into the knowledge-based service management under the semantic Web, and constitutes the strategy for knowledge-based service under the semantic Web. On the base of upper research, this paper sets up a model of knowledge-based service system under the semantic Web, and makes a practical study about the model.
