In 21th century, People's ideal for the Mobile Telecommunication is thatwhoever can transfer whatever to whomever whenever and wherever. Everyone In thisnetwork has his own personal identification number(PIN), then span multi-net to set up acommunication connect for his operation. By transferring the mode From service toterminal to service to individual, people can launch or accept calls anywhere in anynetwork and any terminal. The 3G era has surely taken on a beautiful foreground for thepeople, but first there are some problems to resolve in technology.Multi-user detection(MUD) is the key technique of anti-jamlning in the 3G era. Inthe real CDMA telecommunication, there is some pertinence in signals of all users, that isthe root for Multi-Access Interference(MAI). Bionic Algorithm(BA) is one of newintelligent algorithms based on multi-IPI in the domain of optimized algorithms, and it isa general optimization search measure of probability and has some characteristics such asuncertain, potential, parallel, evolutional, etc. BA is able to accomplish complex tasks ofoptimization and control with striking efficiency, and by that the problems for MUD anddistance matter are commendably resolved in real system.In this article, we have introduced some kinds of BA such are ImmuneAlgorithm(IA)and Ant Colony Algorithm(ACA) and compared them by applying inMUD. In allusion to the problems in practice, we also put forward some correspondingmethods and improved strategy. By some emulational examples, we have proved thevalidity of all algorithms, and compared their detect performance and calculativecomplication. At last, we prospected the realization of CDMA MUD, how to reduce thedegree of complication, as well as to study and apply the BA in a higher level.
