The application of CIS is in a rapid development, which requires the spatial database not only to provide the high-efficient storage management for the spatial objects, the good organizational and restraining capability for spatial data, the optimal operations for spatial analysis, but also to extend its spatial objects from the certain to the uncertain, so as to meet the demand of the practical application of uncertain inf. with a large quantity. It is the topologic operation between the uncertain spatial data that fulfills a vital function in the database and it is quite essential to make research on the topologic relation between the uncertain spatial targets. The essay investigates the three aspects, the data model of the two-dimensional surface, the topologic relation of the uncertain spatial area, modeling of the spatial target in the target-relation database. The research details are as follows:⑴make research on organization and constraint of the spatial data on the base of REALMS and analyze the primary three algorithms while dealing with spatial data;⑵make research on 9-intersection model and the extended 9-intersection model, and further discuss the 8 constraint conditions, the requirement of which should be met by the topologic relation between the target in the complicated uncertain area. Therefore, we find out the actually existed 64 types of topologic relations;⑶realize the existed 18 types of uncertain spatial topological predicates, discuss and put forward the time complexity of the predicate function;⑷With the characteristic of AMOSII's data-extend, we establish model in AMOSII for the certain spatial data and the uncertain area, and bring about the interface function for every spatial kind;⑸fulfill the uncertain spatial analyzer with the feature of presenting, storing, managing and dealing with the target in the uncertain spatial area...
