The magnetic levitation system is one of typical mechanics and electronics systems.The controller's performance directly influences the wide applications of the magnetic levitation technology.Because the magnetic levitation system's real time demand is rigorous,the development and application of advanced controllers is limited.In order to meet the requirment of complex controller and improving the real-time performance,this paper reseachs the magnetic levitation control system based on the single-freedom-degree magnetic levitation ball system and develops the control experimental system based on PC.This paper develops a real-time control system through Data Acquisition Card connecting the PC and the magnetic levitation ball system.In order to ensure property of system's real-time request,this paper migrates real-time scheduling kernel uc\os-II to the DOS Operating system,and analyzes the magnetic levitation control system's requirment and designs the control system's tasks and designs the driver program of the PCI-1711 Data Acquisition Card.This paper realizes the ball's steady suspension by the leading PID controller and neural PID controller.In order to meet the requirment of magnetic levitation system's analysis and control,this paper researchs the model identification of magnetic levitation system using T-S fuzzy model. The simulation results demonstrate that the fuzzy model can reach very high fitting-precision.
