Nowadays, we walk into the information society. With the development of processing of great quantity of data, application of DSP becomes extensive. In this paper, the data processing system is one of results in this field.Lawless mining imports great harm on the society. In the article, DSP is used for processing of seismal waves based on seismal effect result from the exploder, which finishes the scientific localization of the hypocenter and offers the reliable basis for the administrator. It has great social value as well as the biggest breakthrough.This system uses TMS320LF2812 as the core. The study of arithmetic is finished on the platform of Matlab and CCS2.0 which is IDE of DSP. The study of arithmetic constitutes three parts: simulative wave is created by Matlab according to anticipant response spectrum; employ the simulative wave to study the arithmetic of First arrival detecting; then, software of localization of the hypocenter is studied based on the time of first arrival detecting and coordinate of sensors.Debugging board is designed in this paper. DSP software uses link command file. This file contains definition of memory of DSP and target board and how to distribute code segment and data segment to the memory. Simulative wave which is made by Matlab is used for the study of arithmetic of First arrival detecting and software. First arrival detecting is the important factor affecting the precision of localization. Nowadays, most of detecting methods are based on seismal property of time and window. In this paper, it also uses this method. After the comparation of several methods, DSP software is designed based on ratio of energy. The result of first arrival detecting is the initial value of localization. The calculation contains primary localization and emendatory localization. Firstly, primary localization: linearize equation according to the time of first arrival detecting supplied by sensors and then obtain four hypocenter parameters. Secondly, emendatory localization: The primary parameters are the initial values of emendatory localization and use the model of seismal wave to correct these parameters. Classical method which is put forward by Geiger is the source of actual methods of localization. In this paper, this classical method is used for the correction of parameters. The result of primary localization is the initial value of iterative calculation of emendatory localization. Use linearization of nonlinear equation and method of the least squares to deduce the final equation. When the result of iterative calculation satisfis the error, calculation is end.
