In the article, stepwise overflow valve is discussed first. Throughestablishing dynamic and static mathematic model, operating principle isdeep comprehended, and also his performance is preliminarily analyzed.Subsequently, indirect detected 2D digital overflow valve is deepresearched. In comparison with stepwise overflow valve, the structure ofmain valve is the same, but piloted valve of 2D digital overflow valve isdesigned with two motions of a single spool.
