LD is the core component in the photoelectric system. It is significant to doresearch on it. It is applied to many fields, it is expected that LD can work stably. Butthe factor affected the stabilization and degeneration of LD, besides the inherentfunction factor, include environmental temperature stabilization, the fluctuation ofdriving current ,the impact of the surging current and the heat dispersion, etc. Hencethe steady control of LD is most significant.The output wavelength of LD can be adjusted, it covers the range from blu_ray toinfrared ray, and LD can output single module ray, which is concentrated. Hence, LDis the ideal stimulating source for atom action spectrum. But in the practice, it isencountered that output wavelength is always sensitive to the working temperatureand injection of current. It causes the wavelength of the LD unsteady, and leads theoutput of atom action spectrum unstable. Based on this problem, this paper employsconstant temperature control circuit and steady current control circuit to stabilize theoutput wavelength and to adjust the output wavelength in a narrow range. It canaccelerate the application of LD on the realm of action spectrum.The two layer cooling architecture, working with the individual temperaturecontrol circuit, can minimize the affection of the outside, and lead the LD's heatproduced by itself transfer to outside quickly. The temperature control circuit can setthe temperature of LD in some range. With the help of TEC, PWM control IC, PIDcompensation network, sensitive semiconductor thermistor, a temperature controlsystem is developed. It can be used on the field of experience research, and can beused for second development. This paper places emphases on how to design thecircuit and optimize the parameter of circuit. The temperature stabilization of Thetemperature control system reach 0.005℃.The part of steady current injection is high-accurate. The injection of the currentcan be adjusted in certain range from zero to any value. With the use of high-accuratereference voltage, the current injection circuit can set any value of injection current.The reference voltage is compared with the feedback voltage, sampled from LD'sinjection current, to keep the injection current stable. In addition, for the safety of LD,the filter circuit, voltage regulator circuit, slow booting circuit, protecting circuit isdesigned to eliminate the impact of surging current.
