Cluster systems are gradually regarded as the main parallel structure system incurrent parallel computer and super server systems. But at present, it is still anunclear problem about how to cooperate the systematic SMP node inner parallel withthe SMP Cluster's parallel and the Hyper Threading technology's impact about theparallel programming. But this is that we are able to efficiently write the parallelprograms and raise the performance efficiency of parallel program exactly.So, in this paper, we have implemented a series of tests base on the clusterssystem which is composed by dual CPU or dual CPU with Hyper Threadingtechnology. And we analyse and evaluate the performance efficiency andcharacteristic property of the MPI, OpenMP and MPI+OpenMP programmingpatterns based on SMP cluster system.We have assumed function aspect comparisonthe parallel programming pattern.We conclude that OpenMP+MPI model with finegrain method is a good programming model for SMP cluster and the HyperThreading technology can efficient improve the MPI program's efficiency.
