Along with the development of manufacture and science technology,the measuring equipment and technology is becoming more and more effective and precise. But how to non-destructively measure the inner size of the workpiece is still a difficult problem. CT technology provides a effective way to solve this kind of problem.In this situation,how to quickly and accurately get the geometrical parameter of the workpiece by the CT images,becomes a valuable problem .In this passage,we base on existing image measurement theoretic, experiment on CT image,research the ideal for CT image measurement , and improve the classical ideal to increase the precision of the result.In this passage,first in order to filtrate the noise in images, we introduce methods for the ICT image's pretreatment,And then we introduce the edge detection theoretics and several classical methods for edge detection. According to the characteristic of ICT image ,we design a suitable method for its edge detection.As result of the space between slices are much more longer than the space between pixel,we need to insert new slices ,We do deeply research in how to insert new slices between known slices,Compare existing interpolation methods,and prensent a new interpolation scheme for area and cubage measurement base on subpixel to make the result more precise.For the area and cuabage measurement we mainly use integral ideal ,and presenting a new scheme to divide the surface into several quadrilaterals to get its surface area. This scheme can be well combined with 3D visualization ,and it got better result in experiment .At last ,we simply introduce the 3D image measurement software ,give a demo to show its basic function.
