The ultra weak photons emitted spontaneously and constantly from living tissues are called biophoton emission. The longtime afterglow of living tissues after light illumination is called delayed luminescence, which is a general phenomenon in living system. The inter function of biology system can be reflected from delayed luminescence. The vary regulation when biology system is stimulated by environment can be used in studying basic vital phenomenon, such as cell differentiation, signal transmission and increment control. Many basic biology problems can be solved by interpreting these information. Now the research of biophoton emission is a hot topic in life sciences.The ultra weak photons emitted from living tissues are sensitive to environment. During the measure of the ultra weak photons, the samples may be influenced by the environment, which makes the data we get during the common environment influenced by other factors. This will bring a fatal problem, the results of the same experiment are diverse. Therefore controlling the environment strictly is important if you want to get relatively steady data or closely true result. So the research can be more scientific and credible.By analyzing the different environmental factors that influence the ultra weak photons emitted from living tissues, this paper concludes two uppermost influence factors: temperature and stimulated light. The darkroom control system is designed on the basis of the two factors. Using MSP430F149 as core controller; using semiconductor cooler as heating and cooling device, and selecting integrated temperature controller MAX1978 to reduce the complexity of temperature control part; using step_sevo and light filter to achieve the controlling of stimulated light; designing light controlling circuit to control the stimulated light delay time, and in-output device to achieve environment parameter input.This system carries out controlling the environment parameter during measuring the ultra weak photons emitted from living tissues. The whole process of measuring can be finished in the entirely close and controllable environment. The system reduces the influence of environment effectively, offsets the vacancy of controlling the environment parameter in the process of measuring the ultra weak photons emitted from living tissues, offers a fine measure plat of measuring the ultra weak photons emitted living tissues. Meanwhile, it achieves monitoring and showing the process of measuring at the same time, controlling automatically, makes the whole process of measuring simpler and more convenient.
