Owing to Scitech advancement and social development, automatic safeguard system has been increasingly applied in enterprises, institutions and intelligent communities. Materials in a certain purpose-built warehouse mostly possess the property of flammability and explosibility, and have special social attribute. So we attach importance to its security management, which is concerned to the army's combat effectiveness, people's life and properties security, and even social stability. To design automatic safeguard t system for that very unit is of realistic significance.This dissertation introduces some basic concepts of AHP & TSP and analyzes the applied process and development of them.In consideration of specific topographic and geomorphologic characteristics of a certain purpose-built warehouse, this dissertation builds up a hierarchy structure model with preselected patrol points by means of AHP, makes optimum solution by quantitative analysis. Then, based on the quantitative analysis, it confirms the patrol points. Besides, with the application of TSP, the optimized patrol routes would be designed. Meanwhile, according to the optimized results, many patrol routes could be designed for selection with the purpose of making its selection more flexible. Several patrol strategies are set down for special circumstance based on the optimized result.In total, this dissertation would be significant to provide scientific decision-making basis for automatic safeguard system design on a purpose-built warehouse.
