Design Of Management System Of Local Network Resources Based On The Object Oriented Method And Model

This article researches the application in the process of developing the Henan Telecom Management System of the Local Network Resources, and discusses the method of analyzing and designing MIS and the strategy on how to reply to the changes of the requirement effectively.
