Data preprocessing, the process modeling and process optimization are three research fields which closely linked to the petrochemical industry. Experience around the world shows that the flow simulation advanced process control and optimization technology is one of the main techniques to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises. The above petrochemical industry automation technology are based on appropriate models.According to the petrochemical industry based process modeling optimization theory, based on the analysis of common algorithms of data preprocessing, process modeling and process optimization, design and implement the platform tools integrated the above three functions, With the latest technology, the high-efficiency convergence of data and interface is achieved between three modules, unified data formats and interface standards to enable algorithms integration and transplantation more efficient, The software system is quite common and expandability. Some of the commonly used algorithms integrated the platform, Along with integrating more algorithms, the platform has high practical value. Based on optimization module of the platform, implement petrochemical product optimization and forecasting system of a SL ethylene cracking furnace and achieve four optimal patterns, Prove the applicability and usefulness of the platform.Benefit from the latest Neurobiological developments in the subject, a new concept of neural networks -- artificial glial networks is proposed(AGN). This paper introduces the glial cells in the biological mechanism, and then put forward the concept of artificial glial networks. Finally, under its former forward model and the concept of receptor, a simple network structure is experimented. We have done the exploratory study about this new network.
