Network management is a very important technology in computer network. It consists of five functionalities:performance management, configuration management, fault management, accounting management and security management. IP network management system must manage effectively the various computer systems, variousnetwork devices that using different protocols, and have complete network management functionalities and highusability, providing IP network service provider with methods of network management and decision-making. So,the IP network management system has high theoretic social and economic signification. Lately, because of the development of Java and J2EE. Java and J2EE technology offers a possibility to find a solution to these problem of distributing uniform administration of networks.Because of its easy implement, the SNMP has become the actual practical network management standard.In this article,To realize the administration of the MPLS VPN network of Northeast China Grid CO.,LTD. Design and implement the system of administration of networks base on Web.Firstly,this paper introduce the network of MPLS VPN. Detailed explain the MPLS technology,the VPN technology,the model of MPLS VPN and the network structure of Northeast China Grid CO.,LTD.Secondly,introduce the technology of administration of networks, Separate explain the concept of administration of networks,the SNMP and the WBM technology.Thirdly,this paper design the structure of the administration of networks system by the aim of project.There are several function module,and then introduce the design and implementation of these module.At last,implement the user interface by WBM and MVC.Then the administrator can administer network by web browser.
