It is one kind of increment service, providing the corresponding service for the user.Provides the good map information to the user is the LBS system's important service content. At present, using the second-generation or the second-generation half mobile communication network, the limited network band width becomes the bottleneck of guarantee quality of map service. With the development of mobile communication technology and 3G network become available, it provides the high performance network platform for LBS mobile position service, brings the turning point for LBS development.This article discusses design and implementation of LBS spatial data service system. Mainly discusses the following aspects:1. Design and implementation of spatial database based on Oracle spatial component.2. Design and implementation of spatial data service using EJB module technology.This article discusses design and implementation of showing of map EJB module, and inquiring of neighborhood EJB module, and inquiring of classification EJB module, and showing of POI EJB module.3. This system shows map using Mobile SVG technology. This article discusses transform between map coordinate and mobile phone screen coordinate, and the problem of showing Chinese words. And due to spatial information's magnanimous characteristic, this article carries on the discussion and practice on the problem of how to reduce data transmission volume and decrease user's waiting time and guarantee LBS service quality.The system is the fusion of Oracle spatial, 3G, J2EE and SVG technology. The system realizes function of kinds of map inquiring.
