The existing way of controlling the bank's tail box is manual registration of the account book,mainly uses traditional way of sealing the paper only once to the tail box, by ways of manual operation, recognition by eyes and so on to mechanically carry out seals to the tail box, examine seals and un seal.This kind of management causes high operation cost , low efficiency, and more essential is that it obtains low security,so it cannot satisfy the bank's supervising and managing requirement by far,that is, great density, the high strength of traffic flow.In this article the electronic locking system is designed based on the active RFID technology.It uses the electron seal to replace the traditional paper seal to electronically monitor and manage the bank's tail box。The RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology utilizes induction, the radio wave or the microwave energy to carry on the non-contact and twp-way communication and to realize automatic recognition technology which take recognition and exchange of data as the goal. It can automatically recognize goal object and gains the corresponding data through the radio-frequency signal.the recognition work does not need the manual intervention. The supervising and managing of the bank's tail box is carried by the wireless terminal and the hand-hold equipment, the switch of the tail box is real-time recorded by the terminal and transmitted to the hand-hold equipment; The switch controlment of the tail box is operated by the hand-hold equipment to input password, that is , input labor number, password and so on to the hand-hold equipment and transmit to the terminal by the wireless way ,then the information is judged by the terminal to control whether the switch is opened or not. In order to prevent the data from being blowed the gaff in the wireless transmission process, an encryption process,namely DES encryption algorithm, has carried out to the transmission data before sending the data. The measure of keeping secrets of this algorithm mainly relies on the key, the algorithm is public,moreover the algorithm is symmetrical, namely the algorithms of the encryption and the decipher process are consistent.
