The ionic self-assembly multilayer technology developed On century 90's initialperiod is a new technique used to thin films with its main advantages: easy control,easy fabrication of films, controllable film thickness and low cost. This technologycan procure" film fabrication in the spot" in the end surface of optical fiber, controlthe film thickness in a nanometer standard, and can fabricate films on a dozen ofoptical fibers at the same time. Moreover, to be a kind of film fabrication technologyof normal temperature and normal atmospheric pressure, can fabricate the film ofbiology sensing function by the biological macro-molecule, so there have importantsignificance when apply this technology in the function component of fiber opticsensing.At present domestic and foreign still have not special-purpose equipment of ionicself-assembly film fabrication, generally uses the way of manual operation tofabricate film. There have a series of troubles by manual operation, For example: thelow working efficiency, the bad of duplicate operation, the dust in the air influencethe function of thin film and so on. These troubles seriously affect the work progressand the quality of thin film. Based on the characteristic of ionic self-assemblymultilayer technology, a completely automatic ionic self-assembly multilayerfabrication system controllable with microcomputer was developed. In this system,the 32 bits data gathering cards of the PCL733 and PCL734 were used to realizecorrespondence to the microcomputer, Visual Basic language was used to developcomputer driver program and realize the active control of electromotor and solenoidvalves. The operation contact surface of utilization program was designed in order torealize the ionic self-assembly process. This equipment may solve the troubles whichthe manual operation brings: Enhanced efficiency of film fabrication; The entire sealfilm fabrication system reduces influence of the dust in air and the human factor; Canenhance the quality of film fabrication. The friendly operation contact surface canmemorizes and invokes the plan of c conveniently produces the same characteristicplates, enhances the duplication.The work-piece of fabricate film being able to be schistose work-piece, also to befiber shape work-piece. We can adopt one kind, two kinds or various fabricate filmliquid, fabricate the monadic share or multiunit share film, in the process offabricate film, the three kinds of work position of fabricate film - rinsing - drenchingand air-drying being able to set up nimbly according to needing, and can relapsecirculating in progress. The automation film fabrication system adopt circular arrangestructure, a mixing electric motor existing in each two soak work position containerdown part. In the process being immersed, open the mixing electric motor at thesame time, being able to be distribute uniform of liquor in soak work position, and toensure that work-piece fabricate film homogeneously. A mixing electric motor existsin two rinsing work position container down part, the effect being able to be muchbetter of rinsing. On the other side, there each exist a water-entering valve and water-out valve, in order to realizing many times of rinsing. The liquor of rinsing hereis pure water not necessarily, according to actual needs can using other chemistrysolutions to carry out the rinsing, in order to realize the request effect of filmfabrication. There use a drenching the water valve and an air-drying valve in the workposition of drenching and air-dried. Main technology parameter:Soak time 1 minute~999 minutes are adjustable;Rinsing time 1 minute~999 minutes are adjustable;Rinsing, drenching and air-drying time is adjustable arbitrarily.
